Dr. Do Duc Hong Ha has over 20 years experience in teaching, business, investment and dispute settlement and intellectual property legal consultancy. After many years of teaching at Hanoi Law University, Dr. Do Duc Hong Ha has worked as the Secretary of the Justice Ministry's leadership since 2009. Dr. Hong Ha has participated in research and published many scientific research projects at national level in law.

I           In addition to, Dr. Hong Ha  is the editor and also has written many valuable books specialized in law, providing many valuable materials for the teaching, research, protection and enforcement in Vietnam .

With deep expertise, long-term process of work experience enriched through the process of teaching, research, both on the second theory and practice, Dr. Hong Ha has successful legal consultancy for many companies foreign investment enterprises, corporations and big projects in Vietnam, and counsels to solve many disputes as well as protection of economic success for many domestic and foreign brands.
