♦ To establish organizational chart (attached with detailed description on position/title) and operating order of the above chart (operation of each department and mutual cooperation);
♦ To establish criterion system on calculating the level of effectiveness of each employee, department and the whole company in the aspect of personnel effectiveness;
♦ To build up personnel assessment, renumeration, welfare, promotion policy;
♦ To build up supervision, assessment process in conformity with the above criterion system;
♦ To build up information supervision, assessment, handling process and initiative response, deployment in conformity with the above criterion system;
♦ To build up basic standard documents for the personnel system of Your Company, comprising of: memorandum, collective labour agreement, labour contract, manual staff;
♦ To give advice, assessment on capacity of administrative staff;
♦ To assess, examine and provide solutions with regard to legal and administrative issues in the personnel system of Your Company.
