► To establish bidding documents that meet the technical, financial, commercial requirements according to each bidding package, each project; to give advice on bidding process, organizing bidding sessions and resolve the issues arising on bidding process;
► To analyse, assess bids to choose the contractor that meets the requirements of bidding documents;
►To give advice to the investor to build up bidding plan (form to choose contractors);
►To appraise bidding documents;
►To give advice on dispute resolution in the bidding activities;
►To negotiate, finalize contracts on the basis of approved result of choosing contractor.
